We offer ad-hoc support for individuals. Call and discuss your problem with us. We will attempt to provide a fix over the phone. If this is not possible, we can either provide an on-site technician or alternatively bring your equipment into our office. Costs and Terms and Conditions will always be provided.

Contract Plans

Our contract plans are available to businesses in 20 hour blocks. Contracts can cover your network auditing, monitoring and maintenance and backup procedures. The online TechFlare Technical Support logging system allows you to log and track your job, and see your remaining hours. Please ask our staff for more details.
