Our Help Desk is manned from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. For after hours support, call 1300 556 382 or log your issue on the TechFlare Tech support site. If you have an account with us, just log-in and raise a helpdesk ticket.

Once the job priority is nominated, the turnaround time is automatically allocated, so that you are aware of when we can help you. Much of the high priority immediate response jobs can easily be handled over the phone, so we're there when you need us.
