Pricing Policy
TechFlare's pricing is kept as up to date as is possible in the fast changing IT market with regular pricing updates from our suppliers.
For items out of stock, on pre-order or order-in, prices may change from your order date to the time the item is available. Where possible TechFlare will cover the cost of any price variance except in cases where it becomes economically unreasonable. TechFlare reserves the right to pass on any price variances that may occur in these situations.
Ordering Policy
TechFlare's ordering system is designed to allow us to provide you with the best possible service in the quickest possible time.
Due to the nature of the industry, however, we only allow orders under $500 (including GST) to be paid online with Credit Card. For orders over $500 any Credit Card payment must be made by phone. Any call between a client and TechFlare may be recorded for security purposes.
While TechFlare makes efforts to absorb transaction fees and charges, for large orders a 2% surcharge may be applied.
TechFlare reserves the right to waive the above Ordering conditions to certain clients and established customers.
